On Saturday, St. Andrew's College scored twice in the opening 10 minutes and cruised to a 5-2 Homecoming victory over St. Michael's College School, in non-conference action.

The 1st Soccer team was on the front foot right from the opening whistle and were a constant threat down the left flank, through speedy winger Reza Ziai '25. And, the Bermuda-native (via Luxembourg) was rewarded for his efforts in the 5th minute with a great individual effort and a tidy far post strike.

The Saints lead was doubled just five minutes later, when forward Josh Henriques '26 lashed home a screamer from 22 yards out, his third goal of the season.

Twice the visiting Kerry Blues closed to within a goal, but SAC found a quick reply. New boy Zach Brook '25 and vice-captain Seb Madeiros '25 both scored early in the second half, with winger Joe Duke '25 wrapping up the scoring 15 minutes from time, when he headed home his first goal as a Saint.

Next up for the 1st Soccer team is a Ridley College double-dip to open their CISAA campaign. The Saints host the Tigers on Wednesday, before heading to St. Catharines on Saturday.
