Joe Commisso joined the SAC faculty in 2013. He graduated from McMaster University with an Honours BA in Geography and Earth Science, with a minor in English. He earned his B.Ed from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. During his time at McMaster, Joe excelled as a member of the varsity lacrosse team, winning a national championship in 2010.

Currently, Joe serves as the Head of Community Service in the Upper School, ensuring that St. Andrew's students have rewarding opportunities to engage with their local communities. Additionally, he coaches U14 Basketball and 1st Lacrosse and has previously coached Varsity, Junior Varsity, and U16 Basketball teams at SAC. He has earned two Varsity Lacrosse and a Varsity Basketball CISAA championship. Joe's focus today is on growing the sport of lacrosse and introducing new players to the game.
